Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the RivalTap mobile game, published by Yared Tekile. RivalTap is a collection of short skill and logic games that can be played without creating an account.
What RivalTap stores locally
RivalTap saves a small amount of gameplay information on your device:
- best scores and recent game results;
- Stars level and puzzle progress;
- daily dare and play-streak progress;
- sound, display, and gameplay preferences; and
- whether an optional update notice was dismissed.
This information is not used to identify you and is not uploaded to a RivalTap user account or database.
What leaves your device
RivalTap can contact a public configuration file to check whether an app update is available or required. The request does not include your scores, progress, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone data, or a RivalTap account identifier.
As with ordinary internet traffic, the hosting provider may temporarily process technical network information such as an IP address and request time to deliver the file and protect its service. RivalTap does not use that information to profile or track players.
Google Play may process installation, purchase-free download, security, and device information under Google's own terms and privacy policy. RivalTap does not receive a player profile from Google Play in the current version.
No ads in the current release
RivalTap version 1.1.0 does not include ads, an advertising SDK, or ad-personalization tracking. Advertising is being considered for a future version. Before any ad-enabled version is released, this policy and the Google Play Data safety and Ads declarations will be updated to describe the providers, data practices, and available choices.
Designed for players 13 and older
RivalTap is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support message, contact us so it can be addressed.
Your data, your controls
Gameplay information remains on your device until you clear RivalTap's app data or uninstall the app. You can reset supported progress inside the app. Because RivalTap does not currently maintain user accounts or a cloud progress database, there is no separate online gameplay profile to request or delete.
When the rules change
We may revise this policy when RivalTap's features or legal requirements change. The effective date below will be updated, and material changes will be reflected before the related app version is released.
